The customer service month with the theme of “Quality first Customer first” came to an end successfully.
2021 is also the Quality year of Wuhan WenLin Technology. We insist the principle of quality first ,which is the most important measure to realize the centennial strategy of enterprise. As one of the leading manufacturer of smart card IC ID RFID card laminating and punching equipment, we focus on new product research and development. Being absorbed dedicated, professional is our sustainable development motto. The customer service month starts from March 1st, 2021 to March 30th ,2021. In order to solve customer's problems in the actual production and improve production efficiency , as well as decreasing labor cost, The customer service team with six professional engineers and the company sales manager Guiju Ren visit over 50 clients of card making manufacturer across 10 provinces and cities, including the First Research Institute of The Ministry of Public Security of PRC, Chutian Dragon, Shengda Print, Linxens (Tianjin). The service team help to do free machine examination and maintenance services for more than 200 sets of Wenlin PVC PC ABS PETG card press and punch machine. The engineers listen to opinions and suggestions of customers carefully, communicate with clients'technical staff lively, which is strong base for our product research and development.
