Environmental protection and resource conservation have always been topics of common concern, and the protection of the environment and the conservation of resources are increasingly valued by all sectors of society. To reduce the impact on the environment, the use of renewable materials to manufacture products has become a trend. Wenlin Technology's intelligent IC card laminator is widely used in the production fields of UnionPay, VISA, Mastercard cards, dual-interface cards, and national second-generation ID cards, residence permit cards, smart IC cards, ID cards, etc. This laminator not only supports the lamination of traditional materials such as PVC, PC, PET, PETG (which are suitable for heating and pressure characteristics), but can also laminate eco-friendly cards—RPVC cards. The lamator adopts adaptive pressure device to simultaneously handle RPVC (regeneration), PETG (biological base) and composite materials, meeting various environmental protection level requirements. Environmental RPVC—Recycled Polyvinyl Chloride (recycled plastic RPVC base and film), this material is used to make recyclable environmental RPVC cards. RPVC cards use recycled plastic raw materials obtained by processing and treating waste plastic, which is a reuse of plastic and a wise choice for protecting the environment and reducing resource waste. Throughout its lifecycle, from manufacturing, use to disposal, RPVC cards can reduce the impact on the ecological environment, and their performance also aligns with the theme of green environmental protection. In terms of recommended applications: RPVC material can achieve a recycling content of 100%, possessing extremely high environmental value. It is applied in the production of various cards such as bank cards, credit cards, membership cards, SIM cards, and more, meeting the market demand for environmentally friendly and high-performance card-making materials.


In terms of packaging and storage: Each package contains 100 to 200 sheets of paper, and each PE bag is safely stacked and secured on a sturdy plywood pallet. As long as the product remains in well-sealed bags and the temperature is kept below 40°C in a room temperature environment, it can be stored for an extended period.


In terms of material technology: While retaining the excellent processing properties (thermoplasticity, ductility) of PVC, through molecular reconstruction technology, the recycling of RPVC is achieved, addressing the environmental issue of the traditional PVC card's natural degradation cycle of over 300 years, making a positive contribution to the environment.
