Wenlin's new generation oil-heated laminating machine uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. An external electric oil heater heats the thermal oil to the set temperature, and a high-temperature oil pump delivers it to the internal channels of the laminating hot plates, ensuring uniform heating. After heat release, the cooled thermal oil returns to the heater for reheating, forming a closed-loop circulation. This system is especially suitable for rapid heating, effectively reducing damage to laminating media and IC chips.

 

An interactive interface is used for easy operation. and the single-laver temperature is intuitivefor the production of high-quality smart cards. The new oil circuit encapsulation componentdeveloped by Wenlin Technology effectively addresses the problems of oil leakage and seepage,which is a major improvement over older models. Users can choose to match PLC and IPC controllsystems.

 

A wide range of composite materials such as PV, PETG, PC are used to achieve softening and curing molding. The cooled heat transfer oil returns to the oil furnace for reheating, forming aclosed-loop circulation, which is particularly suitable for rapid heating to reduce damage to thelaminating medium and IC chips.
