Core Technology: Precise Temperature Control via Closed Thermal Oil Circulation
This updated oil-heated laminator takes thermal conduction oil as heat transfer medium. An external electric oil heater warms up the oil, which is then pumped into internal channels of hot platens via high-temperature oil pump to realize even heating. After heat exchange, cooled oil flows back to the heater for re-circulation, forming a fully closed-loop heating system. Featuring fast temperature rise performance, it effectively avoids damage to lamination sheets and embedded IC chips during production.
