Core Technology: Circulating thermal oil for precise temperature control

The new‑generation oil‑heated laminator from Wenlin adopts thermal‑conduction oil (heat‑transfer oil) as the heat‑transfer medium. After startup, the circulation pump starts and runs continuously to deliver thermal‑conduction oil to the internal flow channels of each hot‑press plate. Once the thermal‑conduction oil reaches the preset temperature, the heater shuts down, while the circulation pump keeps circulating the oil to ensure uniform temperature across the hot‑press plates. The machine features stable temperature rise and high temperature‑control accuracy. It supports rapid heating and effectively reduces damage to laminating media and IC chips.

Application Scope

The equipment is suitable for softening and curing composite materials such as PVC, PETG, PC, PLA, RPVC and Teslin. It delivers stable and reliable laminating solutions for manufacturers of smart cards, RFID electronic tags and special identification documents.
