The oil-heated laminating machine features an ingenious working principle, utilizing thermal oil circulation heating combined with hydraulic pressurization under precise PLC control to achieve efficient molding of composite materials. The oil-heated laminating machine is a thermal pressing device that employs high-temperature thermal oil as a heat transfer medium, integrated with a hydraulic system to provide pressure, enabling the adhesive bonding of multilayer materials (such as PVC, PETG, PC, etc.) under high temperature and pressure.

The heating system (heat transfer oil circulation) The core feature of the oil-heated laminator is the use of heat transfer oil (thermal medium oil) as the heating medium, rather than electric heating wires or steam. The heating process is as follows:

Heat transfer oil heating: The heat transfer oil is heated to the set temperature in an external electric heating oil furnace. 

Hot oil circulation: The high-temperature oil is pumped into the internal flow channels of the laminator's hot plates, ensuring uniform heating of the plates.

Heat transfer: The hot press plate conducts heat to the material, causing it to soften or solidify. 

Oil return and reheating: The cooled thermal oil returns to the oil furnace for reheating, forming a circulation cycle.
