Recently, a customer team from overseas paid an on-site visit to Wenlin International’s smart card equipment manufacturing plant. After full-process verification including equipment process benchmarking, on-site machine testing and continuous trial operation, the WENLIN 7500 Full-Automatic Smart IC Card Laminator (Xinguan Series) and WENLIN 5600 Full-Automatic Smart IC Card Laminator (Xinguan Series) officially passed on-site acceptance.

Project Overview

The models deployed for this cooperation are both heavily upgraded New Crown Series laminators from Wenlin. During acceptance, the customer supplied a complete set of test materials for laminating dual-interface finished IC cards in line with their process requirements. Supported by precise temperature control and precision pressure stabilization, the equipment fully meets mass production standards.

To verify compliance with technical specifications and guarantee mechanical, electrical, software and laminating performance meet factory delivery criteria, the acceptance inspection covered four core modules: verification of key technical parameters, mechanical and appearance inspection, automated workflow testing, and evaluation of laminating quality. Every item was checked against professional acceptance standards, an acceptance report was issued afterwards and signed jointly by representatives of Wenlin and the customer to finalize acceptance.

In automated workflow tests, the automatic feeding and discharging system ran 10 consecutive cycles without card jamming; seamless switching between fully automatic and manual modes functioned properly. Laminated cards achieved uniform thickness that fully satisfied the customer’s requirements. The rigorous all-round inspection demonstrates the outstanding overall quality of Wenlin International’s smart card equipment.
