Main functions & features:

1. The sim card punching machine can punch the standard smart card, non-standard card, mini card and the irregularly shaped cards by changing the punching tools.

2. Suitable for punching one chips ordual chips card with PVC material.

3. When manufacturing half cards they can either be notched or cut directly into 2 parts, just change to tools.

4. The X and Y position of the punching tool can be easily adjusted.

5. The punch movement is controlled by servo motor. Adjustable stroke movement.

6. Double card detection device and chip position test to prevent damages of the punching tools.

7. Unique position system allows punching of cards into various outer and inner shapes.

8. Cards are conveyed by a belt system to ensure stabile production.

9. Cards collection mode (batch size) can be selected. Automatic exchange of card magazines.

10. Expected lifetime of the punching tools: up to two million times strokes before regrinding.
