The new generation of oil-heated laminating machines from Wenlin uses thermal oil (heat transfer oil) as the heat transfer medium. After being heated to the set temperature by an external electric oil heater, the thermal oil is transported to the internal flow channels of the laminating machine's hot press plates by a high-temperature oil pump, ensuring uniform heating of the plates. The cooled thermal oil returns to the oil heater for reheating, forming a closed-loop circulation. This is particularly suitable for rapid heating and effectively reduces the damage to laminating media and IC chips.
